Welcome to CBC
We've been active in Newmarket since 1822. Whether you are young or old, a veteran of the faith, or have no clue what Christianity is all about, you will find a warm welcome in our diverse church community.
We don't have all the answers, but we do have a place where you can ask the questions - and listen for God's reply. Some of us can even do that in Mandarin! Come and join us! 加入我们吧！ | Christmas is over.The wonderful celebration of Christmas is now behind us. The babe is no longer in the manger. The child of Bethlehem grew to manhood. "And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and men" (Luke 2:52).
Let us not dwell at Bethlehem any longer. Jesus is not there. His ministry has begun. Jesus invites us to join Him in His ministry to bring the message of God's love and reconciliation to a lost and hurting world. Join us at Christian Baptist Church as we seek the Lord's will and direction for us in this community.

We gather to worship and fellowship each Sunday morning. Arrive at 10:45 for a chat or hymn-sing. Drop the kids off at the nursery while you attend the service. Stay afterwards for coffee and conversation.
